This delightful, spacious rental home offers classic beach charm, lots of space and is nestled in the heart of Nags Head at the 10.5 milepost, conveniently positioned between two beach accesses. With four bedrooms and five and a half baths, this three level house sleeps up to twelve guests.
This delightful, spacious rental home offers classic beach charm, lots of space and is nestled in the heart of Nags Head at the 10.5 milepost, conveniently positioned between two beach accesses. With four bedrooms and five and a half baths, this three level house sleeps up to twelve guests.
The house is fully dressed with linens and includes all dishes, laundry facilities, games, pool toys and beach chairs. A high chair and pack n' play crib are also available for guest use. The house is air conditioned and includes cable television, private pool, hot tub and recreation room with kitchenette. The laundry room is fully equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
The beach is about 300 yards away, a four minute walk across the Beach Road and over the sand dune to the water line. The house is within easy walking distance to four local restaurants, art galleries and unique gift shops. Area attractions are just a short drive away.

Third Floor Living Area
(Above Left) The vaulted living room is equipped with cable TV, stereo and doors that open onto the third floor deck with a picnic table and a view overlooking the swimming pool and facing the ocean.

features a large tables
that easily seats six. A high chair is included for families with young
children. The doors open up to the third floor deck to the hot tub.

kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home including
full refrigerator/freezer, ceramic-top range, microwave, dishwasher,
toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, dishes and pots and pans.

Floor Master Bedroom
The
third floor master bedroom is located off the kitchen facing west with a
queen bed, cable television and his and her closets for plenty of
storage. The spacious en suite bathroom features a stand-up shower and
spa tub.
Second Floor Master Bedroom
The second floor master
bedroom is a spacious suite that takes up half of the second level of
the house. The room features a king bed and sitting area with a single
sleeper sofa. French doors open onto the second level deck which
overlooks the pool and faces east toward the ocean. The bathroom has
stand-up shower and spa tub.

Southwest Bedrooms

First Floor Rec Room
The first floor of the house is
devoted to recreation with a foosball table, pool table, mounted cable
television with seating and dining areas. A kitchenette and full
bathroom on this level make this the perfect spot for parties and
entertainment. The door opens to the private pool where this
is a deck with chairs. A full-size washer and dryer are also on this
level, as well as the front door to this house.
Amenities
The house features a private swimming
pool as well as a hot tub on the third level deck. Private parking is
available from the back of the house. A beach access is just across the
road, making a walk to the ocean just a few minutes. The house is
conveniently located within walking distance to a grocery store, five
restaurants, two coffee shops, art galleries and unique shopping.

The house rents Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Nightly rentals are considered at other times of the year.

Reservations & Policies
We ask that you confirm your reservation within seven days of making your reservation by sending an advance rent payment of fifty percent of the total rent amount for your reservation period. This total rent amount is calculated by adding the weekly rental rate, a security deposit of $350, taxes (North Carolina Sales Tax at 7.5% and Dare County Occupancy Tax at 5%), then travel insurance and pet fees if applicable. The balance will be due at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing. If the property is re-rented for the same period of time as the canceled reservation, all payments will be returned minus a $75 service fee. If the property is not re-rented for the same period of time as the canceled reservation, all payments already received will be non-refundable.
Trip Insurance
Trip Insurance is available for an additional $100 and must be paid at the time of reservation. The insurance covers cancellations in the event of mandatory evacuation of Nags Head due to weather. If a mandatory evacuation is issued for the area before you arrive and is still in effect on the first day of the reservation, you will be refunded the full amount of the reservation. If the mandatory evacuation occurs after you have arrived, a refund for days not used will be issued.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is after 3 pm on the arrival date. We are unable to allow earlier occupancy of the property because of the minimal time between reservations on change-over days. The full amount of this time is required to ready the house for use.
Check-out is at 10 am on the departure day. We are unable to accommodate late check-outs for the same reason listed above. Late check-outs are charged an additional day of rent.
Pets
The Beach House accepts no more than two pets. We require that the pet(s) be flea-treated and house-broken. The pet charge is $75 and pays for professional flea extermination after reservations that include a pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub. We request that you clean up after your pet during your stay and before check-out to avoid additional cleaning fees.
